Dr. John Olabode
Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Olabode is the visionary founder of TEBA EDUT Development Initiative International, established in 2006. With a deep commitment to social research, community development and the empowerment of vulnerable populations, he has led TEBA to become a respected research and development organization registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 177230).
His work spans educational research, human development, gender advocacy and capacity building — transforming communities across Sokoto State and beyond.
Oversees the planning, coordination and implementation of all TEBA programs.
Leads qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and reporting.
Manages international virtual exchange and cross-cultural education programs.
Ensures transparent financial management and compliance with donor requirements.
Bridges the gap between TEBA programs and the communities we serve.
Manages TEBA's outreach, publications and digital communications.
